This unique and off-grid holiday cottage is truly one of a kind. Set amongst 200 acres of private woodland in Norfolk, Bear's Cottage is a holiday let unlike any other. With four bedrooms, an open plan living area and cosy sitting room with log burner all tucked away down a one mile private driveway through the surrounding woodland, this Norfolk holiday cottage offers pure escapism from everyday life.
Please note, Bear's Cottage is not located on Fring Estate.
Gardener's Cottage

Step outside and unwind in your own private garden complete with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna - the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the estate and North Norfolk coastline. Guests are also just a short walk from the estate facilities, including the outdoor heated swimming pool and tennis court.
The Old Grain Store

Set on the southern edge of the estate, down its own tree-lined 1km driveway, lies the Old Grain Store.
Designed for those wanting to connect in peace and seclusion the property is designed as open plan with panoramic views over the surrounding landscape giving space and light to the interiors. With its own heated pool and woodland sauna, the Old Grain Store is a holiday home for complete escapism.
The Coach House

Formerly a working coach house, this exciting new holiday cottage is currently being renovated into a modern Norfolk holiday let for 10 guests.
Situated on a new development, The Stableyard, The Coach House will be available for bookings soon. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this large holiday cottage has been designed with all the modern touches needed for a relaxing stay, whilst still retaining the history and charm of the original building.

Are all the holiday cottages self-catering?
All our holiday cottages have self-catering facilities and you will receive a welcome pack on arrival full of locally sourced Norfolk treats, as well as milk, tea and coffee.
We work closely with local businesses and can recommend wonderful services to make your stay extra special, including a local butchers, private chefs and even picnic hampers ready to take to the beach!
How do I get to the Fring Estate?
The Fring Estate is located in the quaint village of Fring in North Norfolk. We are close to the historic town of King’s Lynn and just a short drive from the Norfolk Coast, which is home to the stunning seaside towns of Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea. Find out more about how to find us.

What is there to do on a cottage holiday in Norfolk?
There really is so much to do when you stay with us! We have an outdoor heated swimming pool open from May to September. We are well situated between the bustling town of King’s Lynn and the city of Norwich.

Do you have any dog-friendly holiday cottages?

Are all your Norfolk holiday cottages family friendly?
We welcome families to all our holiday cottages. We can accommodate groups of up to 18 at The Walled Garden Cottages. The only exception would be The Potting Shed as this only has one double bed and is more suited to a couple.
