The charging point is conveniently located beside The Old Store Coffee Shop, so you can enjoy a coffee or bite to eat while your car charges.

We're proud to have The Old Store — an award-winning Norfolk bakery — based right here at Church Farm on the estate. Open to both guests and the public, they bring exceptional baked goods, great coffee and locally sourced produce to the Workshop Barn.

North Norfolk is some of the finest cycling territory in England. From the estate, guests can access off-road tracks leading directly towards the coast, as well as longer road loops through the surrounding countryside — past pubs, farm shops and some of Norfolk's most scenic villages.

The estate sits at the edge of some beautiful Norfolk countryside, with footpaths, bridleways and quiet lanes in every direction. Guests can head straight out from their cottage door and pick up routes ranging from a gentle 2-mile stroll to a 10-mile adventure through the surrounding countryside.
