About Fring Estate

The Fring Estate in Norfolk is a traditional working estate comprising of arable farmland, parkland, property and woodland. In recent years our diversification into renewables and tourism have seen the growth of the business into a more sustainable model for the future. The focus of our work is to support those working for the business and improve and enhance the assets that we own through management and development. Key areas include renovating redundant buildings, Organic farming & Soil Organic Matter, Wildlife & Environmental Schemes, and Renewables & active woodland management.

Estate Facilities

For guests staying on the estate there are a number of facilities to enjoy and explore, including an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts and surrounding parkland.

Surrounded by beautiful walking and cycling trails, guests can explore the local area with many varied off-road tracks leading to the sea or long coastal and inland loops.

Farming at Fring

Organic Farming

At Fring sustainability is at the heart of all we do, including our farm. Our arable operations cover over 1000ha with both Organic and Conventional land with Conservation schemes covering over 70% of that area.



Our woodland management enterprise extends to ten woods in Norfolk. Managing our woodland in a sustainable way allows us to preserve their character and nature while providing timber for our renewable energy on the estate.
