With access to the estate's Walled Gardens, guests can enjoy the wood fired hot tub and sauna that are nestled within the formal gardens. Enjoy views over the Norfolk countryside from the sauna and stargaze at night from the hot tub.

A brand new development on Fring Estate, The Stableyard is is an exceptional group booking option for 24 guests.
Once a working stableyard, this collection of renovated properties will offer friends and families the chance to holiday together whilst enjoying the freedom of staying in individual properties. This collection of 5 barns can be booked as one to accommodate 24 guests. The Granary is included as your private dining and gathering space complete with Bar, games & TV area and kitchen.Â

Are all the holiday cottages self-catering?
All our holiday cottages have self-catering facilities and you will receive a welcome pack on arrival full of locally sourced Norfolk treats, as well as milk, tea and coffee.
We work closely with local businesses and can recommend wonderful services to make your stay extra special, including a local butchers, private chefs and even picnic hampers ready to take to the beach!Â

What is there to do on a cottage holiday in Norfolk?
There really is so much to do when you stay with us! We have a heated outdoor swimming pool open from May to September. We are well situated between the bustling town of King’s Lynn and the city of Norwich.
There are plenty of picturesque walking trails and cycle routes, and we encourage guests to explore the local area. We’ve even put together a list of how to make the most of a rainy Norfolk cottage holiday for when the sun isn’t shining.

Are all your Norfolk holiday cottages family friendly?
We welcome families to all our holiday cottages. We can accommodate groups of up to 18 at The Walled Garden Cottages. The only exception would be The Potting Shed as this only has one double bed and is more suited to a couple.Â
