Are all the holiday cottages self-catering?
All our holiday cottages have self-catering facilities, and you will receive a welcome pack on arrival full of locally sourced Norfolk treats, as well as milk, tea and brownies.
We work closely with local businesses and can recommend wonderful services to make your stay extra special, including a local butchers, private chefs and even picnic hampers ready to take to the beach!

The Fring Estate is located in the quaint village of Fring in North Norfolk. We are close to the historic town of King’s Lynn and just a short drive from the Norfolk Coast, which is home to the stunning seaside towns of Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea. Find out more about how to find us.
Why should I book a holiday cottage in Norfolk?
There are so many reasons why a renting a holiday home in Norfolk is the best choice for a UK holiday. Norfolk is one of the most beautiful areas of the country. It has the best of both worlds with green rolling hills and sandy golden shores. It is also home to many historic stately homes, from the majestic Sandringham House to the sprawling estate at Fring! Norfolk is also a fantastic location for walking and biking, with lots of dog friendly walking routes.
If you’re from the UK and planning a holiday in Norfolk, you will save money and time on travel. You'll also be supporting local suppliers and businesses when you stay with us. What is there to do on a cottage holiday in Norfolk?
There really is so much to do when you stay with us! We have swimming pool and tennis court facilities open from April to September. We are well situated between the bustling town of King’s Lynn and the city of Norwich.
There are plenty of picturesque walking trails and cycle routes, and we encourage guests to explore the local area. We’ve even put together a list of how to make the most of a rainy Norfolk cottage holiday for when the sun isn’t shining.
Do you have any dog-friendly holiday cottages?
All of our holiday cottages are dog-friendly, generally for up to 3 dogs, with the exception of The Potting Shed where we can only accomodate 1 dog. Take a look at things to do with your pooch in Norfolk as well as some of best dog friendly beaches in North Norfolk.
Are all your Norfolk holiday cottages family friendly?
We welcome families to all our holiday cottages. We can accommodate groups of up to 18 at The Walled Garden Cottages. The only exception would be The Potting Shed as this only has one double bed and is more suited to a couple.Â
